As you can imagine, our concierge can spend hours assisting you in planning your vacation, researching options for excursions and making best recommendations, booking special services, following up with vendors, provisioning groceries, etc. Your concierge is also available to you during your stay to answer any questions or requests you may have. It is customary to tip the concierge who has worked with you to plan your vacation before and during your stay - the amount is up to your discretion.
If you are staying at one of the beautiful Villas we manage, our concierge team will meet you at the airport for a complimentary escort to the Villa for check-in and tour. Tipping your concierge for this service is customary and the amount is up to your discretion.
Booking Fee - $55.00 per service
Provisioning Fee - $55.00 per hour + 20% gratuity on the cost of food for the shopper
**We ask that you do NOT leave cash at the Villa upon your departure. The preferred method is to send gratuity via Venmo if possible (here you can indicate who the gratuity is for) or you can reach out to Lauren Thomas to coordinate another means.
